the meeting with your Consultant, we will
provide you with a copy of our Bride Guide, and
this explains all you need to know about the
process of working with Affairs of the Heart.
Our Consultants are very aware that you
have probably not been married before, and
therefore have little experience of planning a
wedding. Their
prime concern is to ensure that you feel happy
with your plans and ideas so that your perfect
day is hitch-and-hassle free.
Once
your order is placed, your Consultant will hand
you over to our administration and production
teams, who will then deal with you personally
from that point on, to ensure that you remain
constantly aware of how your order is
progressing.
At
all stages you will receive free-of-charge proof
copies for your approval
